How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

WE ARE INDEPENDENT FROM ALL OTHER OFFICIAL DEALERS. WE SELL ON CONSIGNMENTS FROM OTHER SELLERS. WE DO NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FROM THEM OR THEIR PRODUCTS.

We do not deal in fakes or counterfeit products. If you are a customer and do not agree with our definition authentic, and the way we supply our products or the price of our products, we respectfully ask that do not shop with us. If you do not agree with the authenticity of our products, we respectfully ask that you do not shop with us. We also respectfully ask that you do not trouble us with emails stating your opinion on our products. If you prefer retail products we respectfully ask that shop at your nearest retail location. We cater to customers who do not want to go through hassle of retail shopping and resellers. We offer top quality products at reasonable prices.


We accept returns for exchange or refund 1 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 1 calendar day, we will offer an exchange or store credit only, and do not accept returns if customer is unsatisfied. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

· -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

· -within 1 calendar days of the delivery date (after 1 day no returns are allowed)

· -must not be a special order or a custom order

· -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 1 day noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Product better be in perfect condition.

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 1 day if you intend to return ANY item back to our store and we may not accept any product back. Items returned to us AFTER 1 day and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be handled.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
